Customer Service Representative

Premier Rental-Purchase is a retail and rent-to-own company offering major household furnishings, including appliances, furniture, and electronics.
Love helping people and making their day? As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a welcoming face of our store and part of a friendly, supportive team. You’ll help customers choose products, set up rentals, and get answers to their questions.
In your first 90 days, you’ll learn our products, confidently manage customer accounts, and start building relationships with regular customers.
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Five-day workweek, Monday–Saturday. The store is closed Sundays.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
- Explain products, pricing, and rental terms clearly.
- Prepare applications and agreements, and process payments accurately.
- Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget.
- Use our CRM to follow up with leads and support promotions.
What You’ll Need
- Friendly, professional communication skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
